WHAT Has Made You Smile Today? (II)

Alright @Pastorfuzz, I’ll take a bite out of your apple LOL. Forged, Full Tang, Bolstered, 58+ Rockwell, that’ll work. I had an older Wusthof, but let’s see what the new/er kid on the block can do …

Damn, you got the knife block.
I was tempted but I still have a big block of Chicago Cutlery handed down from my mom. Old but made in the USA and she took great care of them. They still have a great edge to them.
I think you’ll find that the apple tastes good!

I don’t have the room for the “Colossal”, hehe, so the 12 will do. I’d been nursing the older Wusthof, and decided to see what’s what, from the “New Kids” on the block.

The apple eating shall commence shortly …

Looks great. Shitty day here also.
Picked up a 14lb Sirloin to make a pot of Stroganoff and slice the rest into thick steaks for another day.
This shit isn’t getting any cheaper that’s for sure.

Now you get to break them in. Seeing this reminds me of how much I used a grinder (and many other pieces of equipment) when I had an alternator/starter rebuilding shop. Enjoy !!
