WHAT Has Made You Smile Today? (II)

I told a friend about it being on sale for $40 but when he checked it sold out so I guess I got one of the last ones. It is a single coil RDA, hoping it is good

FYI, China has cloned pretty much every QP product. Regardless of the origin of the country, if the product is manufactured in China it will get cloned

The only difference is the top fill so not too sure they will bother. Honestly I think it would already have been listed before qp released.

I placed an order Monday night with one of my local flavour suppliers and realised 15 minutes later that I’d forgotten to order some TPA Acetyl Pyrazine 5%. So I shot them a quick email asking if there was any chance they could add a 10ml bottle to my order and how was the best way to pay them for the AP if they could add it to the order. Now, keep in mind it was a public holiday here in Western Australia Monday and it was 7.30pm when I emailed them. An hour later Tom from the Juice factory emails me back with this:

Yeah, it’s a small thing I know but still a nice thing to do that made me smile. Tom is a legend and it’s the little things like this that demonstrates the kind of CS that’s sometimes lacking elsewhere :+1: :star_struck:.

My 14 y/o lab had what I really think was a stroke a week ago and her back legs wouldn’t work at all. I had to hold her water and food bowl where she lay so she could eat and drink and I won’t go into the amount of cleanup I’ve had to do this week. The good news and the reason she made me smile, is that she’s been able to stand and make the short trip to her food and water bowl. She also made it outside to do her business with the help of a sling to get her down the two steps to the yard. She’s come a long way in two days.

The weather here today is unreal. 72F and crystal clear skies.

A few degrees cooler but the same weather as me for the folks at the La Plata, MO Amtrak station along the BNSF Transcon line in northern MO, A nice look at a great sky today. Hard to believe a few weeks ago I was waiting for it to ‘warm up’ to 4F before I went out to shovel 8 inches of snow.

made me smile, actually, kinda laugh.

just saw, and have often seen, someone bragging about their $300+ mod not being a shelf queen, with an ATV in the back round(in this case). i have seen these $3-400 “non shelf queens” get damaged and turned into $50 - 0 mods.

while it is not for me to tell someone what to do with their stuff, i laugh when they get damaged. call me a dick, but if i had a Ferrari, you wouldn’t see it parked at walmart. that is asking for trouble, and only one person to blame.

carrying a mod is trouble waiting to happen. i would rather damage $30 than $300.
i have beaters for carry.

I have a few $300+ mods and I use them daily. I just don’t take them out of the house.

same here.

that got me to remembering. there was this one guy, bought a well over $300 mod, waited months for it, custom made. he carried it. one day he dropped it in the crapper of an outhouse . and to top it off, he thought nothing of it = got it out, cleaned it and kept using it.
