Finally got the third coat of Best Of Show buffed out.
Now I didn’t always polish my glass, UNTIL I tried it.
At first glance, it does look great, and this is not Photoshopped…
And then it gets stupid. Look closely at this one, this is actually my REFLECTION off of the glass. You can faintly see the interior of the truck. No trickery, same house and pine tree behind me.

Is it correct to assume this is in the latest movie? I’ll have to make it a point to see it. I started reading Ian Fleming back in high school. Big fan!

It is. It’s generally ok and not as bad as many on the internet thought. Although, there are a few weak and annoying spots in it.

Does your cat like the crackly sound of packing paper, too? I always save the packing paper that Amazon packages their stuff with, but they’re not using it as much these days it seems. My cat loves to rustle around in it until it loses its crackly-ness.

While going through my daily pile of papers to assess, I get one about the use of penises as brothel markers in Pompeii. One which included a figure of one to complement the text (or, an illustration of a mod for @INOIROC).
Brought a smile to my face to see a well place use of immature humour in academia.

Today was the first day I’ve felt “normal” in 16 days. Got hit hard with covid. Wife and son got it as well but they were fine after 5 days. Lost my cousin to it 3 days ago. I was in the hospital on day 6 and I thought, damn, this shit is going to kill me. I’m still exhausted, the doc called it Covid fatigue, but I ate a lot today. I lost almost 15 lbs and I don’t have extra weight to begin with. I think I’m going to be fine. Vaped today for the first time as well and my taste buds are a bit shot, but it’s ok.

Wow @natbone that’s being put through the ringer for sure. Sorry to hear about your cousin, and that is tragic. I don’t mean to minimize the situation or loss, but congrats on the first vape in a while. Glad you are OK, and on the mend. That is a great thing to smile about. I hope your taste/smell reunite with you shortly. Again, sorry for your loss.
