Hi @Josephine_van_Rijn How’s the summer reading coming along? I think I found a book I might read by Whitley Streiber called The Man with the Mystery Key.
The last two weeks the weather had turned to shite, but since yesterday it’s a scorcher so I will resume.
Just reading some mindless murder mysteries.

Secretly giving while living!
It seems to me the secret part would entail not mentioning any names.
The hubby’s first 3 hours in Africa and he already got himself a Wildebeest.
I am not a fan of Trophy hunting, but I know he plans on donating the meat to the village. I am glad he got to have a once in a lifetime experience.
At least it’s not a white rhinoceros!
If he did that, I would have mounted hubby’s head on the wall.
2nd day of the Safari Hunt. The guide said the 57 1/2" Kudu was the largest he has seen in years. Also shown in the 2nd picture is a Waterbuck.
I pray that the boys give thanks to the Almighty and that the locals also give thanks to Him for all the meat.
I hate Trophy hunting . We have far too many poachers in our area. It is different if you need the meat to eat or if you can’t afford it. These pictures conflicts me because I love animals so much. I knew whom I was marrying, and I keep telling him to leave the Bambis’ alone when he goes hunting, but he loves hunting and fishing. I don’t eat meat, but I would never condemn someone for loving meat, which is about 95% of the population.
I am a hunter and love to hunt but I also understand why many do not and I empathize with those that have a different opinion than me. I was raised hunting from about 8 years old so about 53 years worth, I don’t flaunt what I do or push it on others. For what it’s worth both my ex wives we’re against it (could be why I’m divorced ). I respect everyone’s opinion and do not judge or condemn others for an opinion that’s different than mine. I applaud you for giving him the freedom to do what he clearly loves!
I admire the passions you both have for hunting and fishing. I also love how patriotic you are and we share that passion. Right now I am thinking to myself which art work I have to remove from the wall to make room for his new art, LOL. I also admire your passion for cooking. Can I please rent you for a couple of days???
I’m sorry about your divorces, they have had to know that you were a hunter before they married you.
That is good, a shame everyone is not this way.
They did, I was kinda teasing, things were all of our faults, they both gave me incredible daughters and I hold no hard feelings towards either of them. If truth be told, I still very much love my first wife!
Are you married now? I’m leaving the computer now so I will look for your reply tomorrow.
No, right now I’m pretty much a full time caregiver for my parents, not much time to dedicate to a relationship, it would not be fair to get involved and not be able to give much of myself to anyone right now.
This sounds great.
