Don’t you get that NAGGING feeling, like you know, the urge to maybe ADD a few flavors, JUST to see how it feels ?? !!!

Sheesh let me get those stands then… :smirk:

I’d rather give them away than throw the m away, don’t know if they are worth the shipping tho…

I was thinking about building something myself, maybe to hold some fave mods and a few juices.

My approach is just cobbled together from what I read on here, random other recipe sites and diyordie videos I watch while doing the dishes. Lol.
As I mentioned elsewhere I was kind of Acetyl Pyrazined out from a bunch of mixes I made so I wanted an apple pie kind of flavour but not too crusty. I figured if lowered the Apple Pie, with its acetyl pyrazine, and replaced it with some cinnamon danish I would still get that spiced pie flavour, but hopefully a bit more doughy and a bit less crispy.
It was an idea, and it kind of worked, there is no discernable AP flavour in here. But the cinnamon ain’t working how I wanted it to.

Its fun stuff, and I probably won’t abandon this idea, might just not come back to it for a while. But you have all given me a lot more pie ideas and ingredients!

I was experimenting with CAP Silverline Cinnamon Sugar, but my still all time fav for apple pies is FLV Rich Cinnamon. HELLA strong, and many people use dilutions of it.

I’ll have to see if I can get them down here. I also saw your little lemon accent on the crumble recipe. I might have to try that idea!

Idk if you can get FLV down there, but FLV Apple Filling is really the tits for spiced apple.

I kinda went down this path when I was trying to work up “apple pie”. Turns out I wasn’t actually looking for pie. I ending up bending into donut and found something worth mixing multiple times.

I still question myself every time I reach for this. lol, tread with caution.

You might be on to something there. Because I’ve just always loved anything with cooked apple in it. Doesn’t have to be a pie.

I found the same thing when I started mixing I kept trying to put TPA Blueberry wild and blueberry extra in everything because “I love blueberries”. Everything I made had a dry, tart flavour to it that I didn’t really like. Turns out I just like “blue flavoured” things, not blueberries lol. But the colour in my head was evoking ideas of a taste and blinding me to what my tastebuds actually tell me.

FA’s liquid amber used low will cook your apples.

Now that looks like a good Apple Fritter, a little high on the percentages for my palette, but still looks really good.

I remember that Christmas APC. I ended up switching Cap Cinnamon sugar to TPA Brown Sugar to punch up the Crumble and CAP Sugar Cookie to WF Brown Sugar Cookie because I was out of Capella.

I like to add just a touch of Milk and Honey in my Apple recipes:

I prefer a little bit of FLV Caramel for that brown sugah.

I’ll have to try that. I’ve only used Milk and Honey in two recipes so far. One was a mess, but that was my fault, not the milk and honey. But the other one was delicious. It’s a nice sweet supporting note.

This morning I finally got try this Amaretto Tiramisu recipe I came up with after 2 weeks of steeping;

Why do I keep adding Acetyl Pyrazine to recipes with Cheesecake Graham Crust TPA? It’s too much. Lmfao.
I feel like this could be really tasty if it didn’t have a faint hint of corn chips in the background.
I’m not adding Acetyl Pyrazine to anything from now on until I’ve tasted it without first :laughing:

Okay so today I’m vaping this recipe which has 0.5% more Cheesecake Graham Crust (TPA) and the same amount of Acetyl Pyrazine as the previous Tiramisu recipe. But it tastes friggin amazing and not like there’s too much AP in it at all;

It’s like a Butter pecan cookie crust cheesecake and it is really nice. It’s all creamy and sweet on the inhale and nutty, biscuitty and sweet on the exhale. It should have more AP in it than the previous recipe but it doesn’t taste like it.

Is something in this hiding the AP better than the previous recipe? Does the Almond (FA) in the previous recipe interact with, or contain, Acetyl Pyrazine maybe?

Anyways. I’m super happy with my Butter Pecan bakery creation even though my wife seems to think it tastes like curry? Lmao. She can stick to her fruity koolada recipes I make her and keep her criticisms of my bakery’s and creams to herself. :laughing:

I’ve been enjoying this one a lot. I made a few improvements to the original version by increasing the funnel cake slightly to give it more of a presence.

That looks really good.

I have literally just been researching Cap Funnel Cake trying to weigh up if I need it or Zeppola in my arsenal. It seems like a useful addition to a bakery from everything I’ve read, some people didn’t like it as more than a supporting note, but you’ve got it as the star of the show here!

On the list it goes. The long list.
