Yes I don’t know his % of RY4D but he vapes with PG nic @12mg in 50/50 base so yes he gets a good TH from it. I don’t like TH so I typically use VG based nicotine in a 75/25 base.
Question??? Has anyone ever had a convincing Cinnamon Toast Crunch e-liquid (even a commercial one)? I’ve tried a few recipes over the years, most were not really convincing flavor wise (more of a cinnamon cream than a cinnamon cereal). One of the better ones is Not Charles Manson’s Cinnamon Toast Crunch, though still its just more of a cinnamon cream. Could FLV Cinnamon Crunch with CAP Cereal 27, CAP Graham Cracker & or CDS blended with a milky base get it done? What do y’all think?
I’ve been enjoying SD’s Golden Grahams and I was thinking could I use this formula (IE Cereal 27/Cream Fresh/Meringue) with a cinnamon flavored cereal/graham cracker to make a Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
Lol, you must’ve had a rough time of it with cigarettes (or were you strictly a pipe smoker?)
I’m pro Cereal 27 and FLV Cinnamon Crunch is a good one, too, but @Rocky02852 has had me thinking with FLV Biscotti. It truly has that crunch feel to it. May or may not work for your plans, idk.
Honestly I never really got much TH from cigs. I never inhale with a pipe I just let the flavor linger.
I started with M reds, but over the years I would end up taking double drags constantly and would hotbox the cig. So I switched to Camel non filters until I quit. I used PG Nic in the beginning and got some serious TH from it and almost quit vaping. It was Folkart who turned me on to VG nicotine. I bought some at VaporTek and never went back to pg based.
Copy that.
So, just switching to VG based nic solves the problem for you? What about the PG in the remainder of your mix? I find this interesting yet perplexing at the same time. Aren’t most of your mixes 25/75?
Yes when I first started I felt like all vape liquids were harsh and I do still tend to get some harshness from commercial e-liquids with nic. So I try to purchase commercial e-liquids in 0 nic.
When I started diy my first nicotine purchase was from Nicotine Wholesalers in PG (it was already yellow and oxidized when I received it) and flavors for a clone of The One Lemon Crumble Cake. It was good but I thought the harshness was from the Lemon/Lime flavors. After I started using VG nic it’s super smooth. Ive only started using 75/25 for like the last year being that more recently I tend to vape with sub-ohm coils (pods). Max VG doesn’t run as smoothly as 75/25. I don’t have any issues with the low amount of PG that I do use. Thats why when I was chatting with Folkart many years ago he suggested trying VG Nic. I bought a gallon of VG Nic from VaporTek before they went out of business and haven’t had any issues with my DiY e-liquids since.
Yes, I bought a liter from them as they announced going out of business. Really good quality. Not to mention great people to do business with. Eh, every now and then I get a little nostalgic. The vape community was amazing. Still is but where are you going to see YT vids of vapers passing around the Crab Juice and puking on camera?
Have you tried Sadlad toast crunch. It gets the job done for me. Id10T I believe calls it freakishly accurate👍
Sorry this was meant for @mcduckie question up above.
Yes I just saw that one during my search. I wasn’t sure of the profile at first. It looks like a good recipe. I’ll need to get a few flavors.
I’m not @McDuckie but that looks good! Thx for the share. I used to enjoy a commercial cereal juice from a little known company and am looking for another cereal type vape.
ETA: Just realized I don’t have Pie Crust TPA but I have FW and OOO. And I have Caramel Rice Crispy Treats (WF), Sweet Crunch and Cinnamon Crunch (FLV) but no TPA. I wonder?
Just threw this together tonight off the shake its really good but I’ll report back a few days to see how it steeps. Also I bought a one shot of that Sadlad Toast Crunch @Nomz for $1.50 just to try it out.
This is fairly simple and ive always thought there could be more but it was a great start and good enough to make and vape
this is the most complete one but all FLV
Is that peanut butter flavor?
That came later. The OG Captain Crunch was oat based and…
“Pamela Low, a flavorist at Arthur D. Little, developed the original Cap’n Crunch flavor in 1963—recalling a recipe of a mixture of brown sugar and butter her grandmother Luella Low served over rice at her home in Derry, New Hampshire.”
Just read the recipe comments and I’m in the same predicament as @robin . No FLV Graham but I have RFSC. Did you try it with that? Can’t imagine that it wouldn’t turn out good.
Are U 4 da Milk & Honey?
Oh im sure it would ve 100pct fine
