I use the LB501, like everyone else.
What I like about it was that it was under 25 bucks, accurate down to .01 gm, and it stays the way you set it without shutting off during the mix session.

I just took it to the p.o. and it will cost $42. To send this depending where its shipped, this price was to ship to N.Y.
