Never found a corpse yet? I found my mom about three days dead. As the Warren Zevon song went. “Stinking to high Heaven”.
Still can’t get that smell out of my head and that was 6 years ago.
Wow, sorry you had to go through that mate…
Found animals yes, but not found people. Still, wouldn’t taste them for the comparison.
This came out really good!
Tastes fine to me in some recipes I made.
Sucks you don’t like it.
Nice, do you find the heat (both heat FLV and Red Chili VSO) actually add heat, like a spicy food? If so, does that give you any vapers fatigue? I know if I eat a lot of spicy food it makes my taste fatigue faster on vapes.
I know Esoterica’s offerings: they were one of a few aromatics I enjoyed: I did stick to English blends like a mosquito desperate to be a plot point when I smoked (ones without a flavoured casing and solely relied on different ways to mature tobacco is an English blend).
For my first salmiakki tobacco, I know I’ll go heavy, with Tatanka and Lovage Root (FLV) to form the midtones and maybe a lighter note of M&H or Smoked Butterscotcj to add a contrasting backnote.
Nothing to be sorry about. She was eighty nine, Smoked like a chimney, was diabetic and ate candy like there was no tomorrow. Hadn’t taken her insulin for a month. I would prefill her syringes for a month and put em in the fridge and not one missing.
It is one hell of a scent. I too struggle to forget it. Sadly any aspect of it can trigger reliving those moments.
I cannot sit outside a hospice near the drains anymore. Just a whiff of a sickly sweet cheese from bio-waste hits me hard.
The FLV Heat is just that, a little bit of heat opposite of Ice. The Red Chili actually has a kick to it, the combo of both is is perfect imo.
I really can’t eat spicy foods anymore so this is a great substitute 4me, but wouldn’t say it’s something I would ADV so no, not fatiguing at all I guess…
I have did not like it. Still a little of that off taste to me
It does have a burnt taste at the end but corpses
All I know is if I ran out of Custard and it was the only custard I had I still wouldn’t use it.
I was going through my long steep archives and this one really jumped out as a road to explore:
I did a knuckle test and scent check, followed by a fair bit of vaping and it has become a vape akin to a medicated cherry Halls Soothers.
Now I need to find a way to get these results in less than a 143 day steep.
Going through the active WIPs and creating a new variant batch for each.
I think that this one is pretty much there, though I am reflecting on the final room note for this one. As an ex-pipe smoker, room note is a key issue in obtaining your favoured human’s, pillow’s, or Japanese hentai victim’s permission to indulge in it:
In no way is this a completed mix. I am trying to make a rainbow sherbet for my daughter. This isn’t horrible but has an off flavor, like a light black pepper on the back end. Could someone look at my flavors to see if anything stands out as not a good match? I’m thinking maybe the sour blue raspberry is not needed, and maybe I should use a different rainbow sherbet like fizzy sherbet. I need some help with this if possible.
Thank you
How long has it steeped? There is a couple of fruits that can cause the harshness. Let it sit and they will probably settle down.
@rcleven it’s been steeping 15 days today. I can’t say it’s harsh, it’s very hard to explain. It’s kind of a peppery, spicy aftertaste, not unpleasant, but not rainbow sherbet. I know I’ll need to adjust but I’ll let it steep another 10 days and try it then.
Thank you for your help!
For me I would look at the Lemon Lime and probably drop it way down, I get a pepper note from some lemons and can’t even use FA Lemon Sicily anymore due to the pepper taste I get but I’ve not heard of anyone else that gets this pepper note so that’s just my experience.
As far as the Sour Blue Raspberry Candy WF, at .5 it’s probably not doing much there it’s a weak flavor that I use at 4% and up.
That’s interesting @Rocky02852 I’d never heard of pepper from that. Interesting…
The more you know …
