Yeah tell me about it i paid £8.89 for 10mls for alpine strawberry bit of a rip off really its not all that. personally i prefer juicy strawberry FA over alpine strawberry but that my opinion most people love it but its not for me I’ve stopped buying Flavorah flavours as i can pick up on a after taste from all the flavours apart from raspberry and i personally don’t think they are worth that sort of money. I apologise if I offended anybody but that’s my opinion

Sometimes, with the way we all taste, mix and the equipment we use…
how our body chemistry is… sometimes certain flavors or even manufactures… are “off” or yes you can pick up a certain manufacture’s “signature”. I get that from most standard flavors and I don’t get it with flv.
I know exactly what you are talking about here… I went thru almost 5 yrs thinking that “taste” in the back ground and it was different with each company… was normal… and I learned it is not. Most people can not tell or recognize that back ground signature… so no… I do not fault you for it at all…
Because I do enjoy the flavors, I do try at help people learn to mix, or even grab a few flv flavors to help them figure out what they like too. I like to share. I enjoy seeing people grasp an idea and discover for themselves. Its just who I am. I can not do that for those outside of the USA… I wish, but I hate the paper work and can not absorb cost for mishaps etc… I work mainly with other manufactures, and not the diy crowds.
Maybe once this virus has come and gone… and if I am still interested… I can offer 5ml tube shots of all of the flv flavor line… I am toying with the idea and I did offer for Muth to grab an alpine from me. In the end, its all up to what someone wants to do or learn. I have been mixing for far too long to deal with drama… but I sill stand up and speak my mind. I have that right.
I have helped far many to understand the line… and even point the way for many mixers to jump into the flv books… just think… If I was not around… what would it all look like?

I also think sometimes when you use too much it can back fire too.
I have caught a few of the more experienced mixers doing just that as well…

Alpine i would use at .3 and cream at .5 oh forgot blueberry muffin is also a flavour i use a lot to add a bakery note i have got flv blueberry chefs sent me a 10ml bottle for free which they tend to send me freebie with my orders i order from them pretty much once a week. No not tried any if your recipe i have just have 23 flv flavours
