Damn I was thinking the same thing when I read your review of that one , may have to pick that one up :ok_hand:

I had a bunch of leftovers from testers, all coffee flavors. I threw them all together and I’ll be damned, I had myself a good cup of coffee! Maybe the secret to a good coffee vape is throw all the coffees together, lol.

Might have to pump up the vanilla on this. Not sure yet.

I did that once with what I had left over from testing a load of coffees. I threw them all in one larger bottle, dumped in a shed load of cream and after a good steep it had turned into the best coffee e juice that I had ever tasted but of course I didn’t take any notes on what I had done so I will never be able to recreate it again

So maybe we’re on to something? Maybe you don’t remember the exact amounts but I bet you remember which coffees you used. Just throw them in a mix using the calculator and see what happens. Whaddya got to lose? Sounds like a fun experiment.

Maybe you’re right @muth. I think I still have the percentages I used for the coffee flavour tests in my ELR recipes and I could do that part of it but I can’t remember what creams I used or how much because I just eyeballed it also I can’t remember how much I had left over in each of the testers so that might be tough. One thing that does stick in my mind was that I didn’t like the Inawera Mocha on its own because it had this faint weird off note but when mixed with the other coffees it was really good. I also tried FW Coffee Cake thinking it would taste of coffee like we have in the U.K. but instead I got this weird spice blend with some kind of bakery but again when mixed with the other coffee flavours it added something quite nice that I enjoyed. All in all it came out tasting like a good quality commercial e liquid that you would pay through the nose for, the percentages in total must have been sky high but it was so good rich and creamy that I didn’t care less what they were lol. This wasn’t the first time that this has happened to me when throwing left over ejuice together and it turning into something great.
Edit. I remember adding some FW Hazelnut to it, if only I could remember the creams that I used.

Still private but you should be able to see it with this link. I was looking for a special type of yogurt vibe and off the shake it’s good. Hoping it steeps out well http://tjek.nu/r/Bmt0?token=2e45d92bc34a78a

That’s a great story right down to the eyeballing of the cream. I used to watch my grandma from Italy cook and she never measured anything, just poured the dry stuff in the palm of her hand and showed it to me and had me watch her pour liquid ingredients from the bottles. Then she would smell everything. She said when it smelled right you were done. Can’t say that always applies to eliquid but sometimes we just have to trust our instincts. I bet you can recreate your masterpiece and who knows, maybe even make it better. :+1:

@Lucas_James_Holden your story prompted me to recall what I had thrown together from past testers. I remember using Coffee Liqueur (VTA), Tiramisu (FA) and Espresso (FA) and the newer flavors were Espresso (VSO), Cappuccino (SA) and Brazilian Coffee (WF). It also had Toffee Ice Cream (VTA). FA Espresso alone didn’t work for me but either the steep or the blending did away with the skunkiness I get from it.

I enjoy my Starfruit grape in the form of a stargrape clone.

@SessionDrummer I mixed up that Mint Twix idea I had and if it vapes anything the way it tastes on my finger I’ve got myself a Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookie, lol. It was Mmm good!

My Nan also used to eyeball everything she made, she used to be a pastry cook back in her younger days and she had such a light touch when mixing the bakery ingredients. I used to be fascinated by how she always knew just how much to use without measuring anything. I am pretty busy at the moment but I will definitely have a go at trying to recreate my coffee lash-up that I accidentally made before. I hope yours works out for you too if you decide to remake it.

Ah boo  I opened my new bottle of FLV Beer Nuts to start a mix and there was no bottle tip. When I put it down to look for a replacement tip (which nothing I had fit) my sleeve caught the top of it and knocked it down. I didn’t lose too much but my office smells like peanuts. I wonder if BCF has an extra tip they can send me?

You’re not supposed to Drink Beer before mixing, that’s how accidents happen
Is the tip stuck inside the cap maybe

Hah! Thx I needed a laugh. I thought the tip was stuck up in the cap, too, but unfortunately no. I almost broke the cap prying sharp objects in there. I was a nonplussed, perturbed mess. I’m too OCD to handle these things :laughing:
