Yes, I have Peppermint in the name and Spearmint in the mix🤪 I was re-creating the taste of a hot Tea I always ordered at our favorite Thai restaurant in Layton Utah when we lived there. This is the best after Thai food Tea I’ve ever had. I don’t have Peppermint flavor so I took a shot at emulating Peppermint flavor using the ones I have. A shot in the dark, I decided a small portion of Spearmint with a pinch of Pitaya might work. I would have used a Green Tea if I had it but I don’t. I really didn’t expect this to turn out and off the shake it was as “off” as I thought it would be. After two weeks I had already forgot what flavors I used for it. What a pleasant surprise! If anyone makes this please leave a comment about the mint after a two week steep.
Thanks @SteveTC I just used the LA MM to compliment the TPA MM. It’s not one of the stronger MM’s, and has some mouthfeel, but the pairing of the two seemed to just work in this recipe.
