Ordinary, but potent Butterscotch (VTA) @ 80W in a 6mg mix.
Oh it’s already turned out
Basic custard with too much Butterscotch that I forgot I’d mixed a month? Month and a half ago?
Randomly decided to give it a bash and it’s great but SUPER rich - Milkman Churrios level rich.
But not Churrios and without any biscuit or bakery: just custard that’s been totally arse-whipped by the domination of the Butterscotch after a 1-2 month steep.
Wrote it in the VTA tasting notes thread: instantly ramped my rating for the flavour to 10/10
VTA Butterscotch? Really? I’m looking for a good butterscotch, one that’s actually buttery and not thin and astringent. SSA is pretty good but I’ll check out VTA. Thx for the tip.
ETA: I don’t see it listed in the flavor details page!?? Can you link me to it, your notes? Nevermind, I got it. Had to type in the brand or else it doesn’t show up in the dropdown. Looks like I’ll be adding this to the list.
I am enjoying at the moment Coop34’s Kiwi Bourbon.
And it’s been some time, but today I felt like mixing up some Melon Glazed Donut.
Yeah it’s certainly not thin or astringent.
Been steeping like, 4-6 weeks but you’ve actually just reminded me now I’m home I can ditch the little stealth shit and switch back to the sub-ohm RDA with said B/scotch in it…
Oh and there’s no Caramel in there that’s discernible at all, whether that’s good or bad shrug
I know your quest for the perfect caramel has not been concluded though, and won’t be here if caramel notes are what you’re after: it’s like Werthers Butterscotch lollies, but richer.
Day 1 test, tasting good! A little airy, but the foundation feels solid. Another week should get it groovy. More Spring/Summer recipes making their way into the collection!
PUCKER UP! with some umeboshi, pickled plum candy
Ready for the unusual? Try this:
A light citrus and herbal refresher with a creamy mouth feel to finish.
Sounds unique!
i tried this one a good while bacck, and liked it.
just made a bottle
This seems to be my style this year. I only seem to go for anything that’s slightly sweet, if I’m making pressed black cavendish and burley pipe blends.
Blending five but testing out two that have had a week to steep today:
The first is a request to run with Tequila Sunrise but in my style, with a twist of the Joker - I chose Death of the Family Joker.
The second, a personal autumn pipe blend for walks in the parks.
Both are mk1 prototypes.

I vaped some old school clone of Madrina, toned down to a 12% overall flavor.
Delicious…
