If you have flv coconuts, coconut at 0.3-0.5% and sweet coconut at 0.7-1% might be able to replace it?

How have you fared with international shipping? I was pricing a shipment to James in the UK and it didn’t fare much better than what Delosi offered. Have you found a better way?

@muth Have a look at pirateship.com. They have an international shipping option with USPS which is quite discounted, but you have to contact their customer service to get access to it.
