FASTTECH?!? What's the deal?

Woot for you!

Mine just arrived in the post today as well👍…cleaned it, but haven’t twisted up a coil just yet… An ejuice tasting session with my daughter took precedence earlier today! …it lasted for 2 1/2 hrs😆

My experiences with China re-sellers,

  1. http://www.fasttech.com/, for the sheer amount of stuff they sell, never had an order go missing, I always find something I need, cheap for authentic LG, Samsung batteries
  2. http://focalecig.com/, similar to fasttech but fasttech website is way better, better pics, better descriptions
  3. http://www.gearbest.com/, usually pretty good, no problems with any orders to date, record delivery to UK in 3 days from their EU warehouse, China warehouse about 10 days to UK
  4. http://www.3fvape.com/, new guys that do 24 hour shipping on selected items, ordered an SXK Zero Mini Mod from them, arrived fast in perfect condition
  5. http://www.3avape.com/, a more expensive version of 3fvape, never used them for that reason
  6. http://www.angelcigs.com/, seem more popular in the USA than Europe, they do stock plenty of nice mods
  7. http://www.efun.top/, I won’t be using these guys again, been waiting 3 weeks for a Uwell Crown RBA Deck, they said 3-5 days, but still no stock, and no eta

your mileage with these guys may vary

I have used efun.top and found them to be no different than anyone else. Id use them again. As for the RBA, I am waiting in my own home country for 2. Its not eFun but Uwell causing all the problems. So much so that stores at home are charging $20 for what should be an $8 deck.

Great little list put together though!

EFun.Top aka @AndyColins is growing a bad rep real fast. I’m not doing anymore business with them either.

Until there is a problem. Aftersale customer service will flip you off.

I’m dealing with a gearbest issue rt now

first it’s in the mail then it’s ready for packaging then they can’t ship and wanna give me points asked for a refund to PayPal … today it’s ready to ship in three days… I’m done… …filed a claim with PayPal today… I know I know… it’s a risk we’re all aware of with these vendors and I will probably not learn my lesson  but hey we’re only human right???

Yep, had that experience myself. I’m sure @Cloyce has some choice words on this too.

Eff some Effing store credit. They owe you money with interest. I’ll never order from another China Vendor… US Warehouse or not. Once they get your money… it’s over. I’d rather pay too much than to get stiffed like this. I’m mad as hell for you @quitter1.

I think I’ll be made whole by PayPal… which sucks cause the vendor should make their customers whole not the payment agent!!!

My last mod I bought was from Ecig.com in Texas, very happy with service and my new Evic Vtc mini. And I also will never buy from a China vender again.

I do need to say that I got my Koopor mini from Gearbest in 14 days from ordering and it arrived from china it perfect condition.
Efuntop can kiss my— well you know!

Gearbest use the review web site “http://www.resellerratings.com/store/gearbest” they monitor that website closely and hate negative publicity, just sayin’ sometimes you got to fight dirty. If you have problems, posting on there usually gets an instant response from Gearbest.

Good to know. Thanks @kevin_215

They paid up the very next day once I escalated my claim with Paypal. I encourage members that shop from Chinese vendors or Chinese products to pay with Paypal. You should also read and understand their refund policy before you make a purchase. Some don’t offer a refund, only a store credit.

You hit it spot on! Great post! Same experience here with fast tech.

As @Pro_Vapes said PAYPAL only with these vendors. That way you have something to fall back on. Well said pv👍

Have placed a couple orders and always receive merchandise as advertised, granted it takes some time. The time sacrificed is worth it considering the prices are exceptional. I generally have a list going with them and when I get to about $25 bucks, check out. Yeah it’s China, but so are most of the products sold here; they are just marked up more here.

I’ve shopped with several chinese shops, and Fasttech is by far the one I have dealt most (14 pages on their order list) and I have had zero problems with them. I’ve received defective items and several times they immediately sent me new stuff, sometimes without me sending stuff back.

I’ve had one negative circumstance with FT involving a wide bore adapter for my Mutation X RDA. It was an item under $2.00. I knew I was going to eat it and I did. When I buy from them it is under the assumption that I could potentially lose 10.00 - $20.00, and I’m OK with that risk. If it was a national vendor, it would be a different story. For that reason, my individual FT invoices are small. I never place large single orders and never buy any single item where I could lose more than $20.00. So far, it’s worked out very well for me and I’m starting to learn what the holidays are in China :grinning:

I agree with your thoughts. Never spend more money with FT than you feel comfortable in losing. That becomes the price you may have to pay for the savings. FT has the best visual site hands down. Great graphics. I had one problem over 4-5 orders but they did fix it fairly (store credit). Unfortunately, FT does not have any real competition that I know of to date. This company, “they are what they are so live with it or go else where”.
