Um…what?

Could have sworn the ‘point’ was avoiding spills. What’s CAP Mango got to do w/anything?

Yes it was. And yes it is.

What is your point by saying you could have said worse? Shock value?
Man, you are really all over the place here. Oh look, a squirrel!
Focus sir!

Oh that’s funny. I almost said it looks like a country kitchen. Don’t get me wrong, I like the old school look too. I just thought maybe that was what the standard nuke looked like over there.

When I first started mixing, I made a number of wooden flavor/e liquid holders (2"x 8"or 4",6" x 24"L) slabs drilled out with 7/8" spade drilled (10/15 ml. flv. bottles & diff. diameters for 30/60 ml etc…) multiple holes through almost to the other side. When all my mixing and flavors were placed in these holders, it was impossible to accidentally knock a bottle over. I had the drills, drill press and the wood is free from most home building sites (you have to ask first, scrap piles) around my neighborhood.

I think there are depots where you can hand in chemicals. I’ve come across this a lot on the forum, people telling others to dump their bad nicotine down the drain.
I find that extremely weird as at the same time people warn about nicotine being toxic.

It’s a natural toxin. It breaks down in the soil. if I pour it down the sink I add bleach to it (more bleach than nic) since it’s an acid. I wouldn’t swear by it but the acid\base reduction should render most of it an inert salt. I make sure I drain the bottle really well like you drain motor oil into a motor.

We dont have such a facility here. Bleach will kill plants. Anyone who will tell me I’m wrong I encourage you to do so. I don’t need to be screwing something up. Honest.

As to dumping it outside…

She just did (in a very polite way).

Many know that nic is a natural toxin to insects, and while I’m no expert, my first thought isn’t for them (nor the plants). My first thought is for any roaming animals who usually have far more sensitive noses than us humans do, and might investigate the scent as a result. Takes far less to affect most of the small critters I would imagine.

I would flush it personally. But then, I’m on City water. No idea what I’d think if I were on septic or other systems. So I’ll leave it at that.
