@Rocky02852 I haven’t tried Emeril’s HR, but love HR in general. It’s strange because I don’t enjoy “pepper hot” but LOVE “root hot” from things like Wasabi and Horseradish. The brand of HR I usually buy is Silver Spring. Oh yeah !!!

Yes, spare ribs @marsh8. Experimenting with different rubs, so doing half with one rub, half with another.
The Jalapeno cornbread topped it off.
Gotta say, that is a big YUM !! Makes me want to do some ribs this weekend. Thanks, as always, for making me hungry.
Got these going this morning… had to take care of a work emergency so wifey took them off for me… of course she had to cut them up… grrr

Give it a try if you like hot and the Crucible is even hotter. I think I’ve built up a tolerance for the Death Dust lol. I like Oakridge’s rubs… most are low sodium so they don’t screw with my blood pressure
