I did years ago but the meat market doesn’t carry them but will get them for me.
They are very good on charcoal.

Wife made some Corn Fritters.
The ribs did NOT come out THAT juicy (they were great), just added some of the Au Jus on the top.

I don’t have a pic, but have a tri-tip roast that I’ll be roasting later today. Should be tasty. I just do a dry rub, air roast it at 450 for about 10 minutes then drop it to 275 until it’s done. Gets the outside nicely crusty and the inside stays moist with pretty even done-ness. Enjoy !!
