Hehe, I haven’t used it in forever @Pastorfuzz. I have to admit, the damned Traeger has spoiled me. Just waiting for it to come up to finish temp now.
@Pastorfuzz are you getting those cuts from a commercial wholesaler, because we don’t have those cuts in our “regular schmoe” stores out here.
They come out of UW Provisions which is a a wholesaler out of Madison Wi.
The beef itself comes from Eccel in Schuyler Ne.
UW says it’s the best beef available at the moment.
And what I don’t finish off tonite will be history with fried eggs in the morning
My wife’s family is from WI, and now I think I need to move CLOSER to WI, and NE for some of those great meat eats.
