I don’t know what kind of tests they are using in the US, what I do know is that the tests they use in my country are not able to distinguish one corona variant from another.
So you test positive, have to go into quarantine for two weeks, but you could just have the harmless common cold corona variant.
I’ve also seen a snippet of an interview with a immunologist who said that the reason so few antibodies were found in the bloodstream was because corona antibodies are usually found in the mucous membranes and the lungs.
Which might explain
i just think it was stupid the way they announced a shutdown of the victorian borders but not to go into effect till 36 or so hours later.

I have said this for years. Idiocracy was a future true story, that is now becoming truer every day. Diseases and pandemics like this… I say “survival of the fittest”. Let this weed out the idiots.
I used to have to get vaccinations while in the service, but haven’t gotten any since I got out in 2012. Suffice to say, I would get sick after getting a vaccine, but have not since I don’t get them anymore. Of course your mileage may vary.
