Coronavirus

Sam’s Club has that, called Scan-n-Go. I used it the moment it came out because all you have to do is scan it in and put it in your cart. No checkout line. Actually, when I was there on Thursday, I was amazed to see the lines 5+ carts deep at the checkout. Why weren’t they using it? Virus aside, it’s damned convenient.

The Blue Ribbon Business Bailout and Population Hygiene Commission was (leisurely) on the case:

… when His Majesty decreed, “pick up your fake legislative chops a bit, just for appearances sake”:

Like a well oiled machine, the deconstructed administrative state triumphs over “American Carnage”.

@Gus6 I am very sorry to hear, and see that. You and your countrymen will be in our prayers. Please stay safe.

Anybody watching the press conference? I’ma little behind from pausing and reminding several times, but it sounds like we are making some big steps… Trump said that illegals won’t be deported if they seek treatment or diagnosis of coronavirus, that’s a big step for him, or in his words “yuge” lol, and having the military medical ships available for people with medical problems outside of coronavirus will ease hospital loads and help prevent people without the virus contracting it.

We’re also going to be testing the malaria medication in New York on Coronavirus patients this week, if it has results half as good as is theorized then it will drastically reduce the severity of this pandemic’s impact on both our elderly and our economy.
