Yeah it is 
Dunno why, but it’s akin to how you probably can’t taste any barley in beer until it’s sat for a while - suddenly, you can.
But these are chemical flavourings so I dunno WHY they would behave like that.

What about my random custard I typed out spontaneously? Wonder if I got my % right 
I usually use 16% flavouring just because, why not it’s not enough to be TOO much, but also not TOO little, but that’s still only 5% more flav that Grant’s VC so it’ll come out more over time.
Still mix one at twice the %s line jinx said and continue testing then each day.

One of the vape-train custards recommends: " Steep Time Guide – 3-8+ days"
The Warm Custard I have didn’t have ANY steep time written, but it certainly needed it and it’s still coming out more after a full week .

sure. but that isn’t the point. even after steeping, it may not be strong enough for her. so she would then have a stronger bottle ready to tap, instead of waiting week/s.

Oh course the recipe I threw together days ago also had custard at 8% - exactly double what the recipe she just mentioned contained - so you COULD say I addressed it days ago: loooong before she ever mixed the problem juice.
