Flavorah told me that they are not concerned, they will carry on supplying flavours, as the ban would be on finished product, not the flavour concentrates. Which would no doubt apply to all flavour makers.
Of course a lot depends on how much they are reliant on vaping for their existence.
Vaping is not their only market, just as America is not their only market.
Should this all come to pass the DIY market will increase considerably, which would increase that section of their turnover.

Just for a while until this silliness stops. I just don’t think it’s a good idea, while vaping is kinda considered taboo to broadcast it in public. Meaning blowing a huge cloud at the gas station on a humid evening to where everyone will see and smell the cloud. Out of sight, out of mind. Nicotine river told me they aren’t concerned either. Mixers will be in fine shape. Those who don’t will either be forced to diy or quit in the banned states… but that’s my own opinion of course

To be honest, I’ve always believed that blowing huge clouds in public, because you can, is just not polite, and now in this climate, even more so.

I agree with this, as FLV and I have been talking and will continue to talk on the flavors we all love… I know they do have attorneys on stand by as well… so try not to sweat the small stuff… I also agree, keep the clouds down low and dont be all flashy that you make juice… watch the ban areas and keep an eye out on your fellow vapers… <3

Governor won’t hold his position another term and then the ban can be reversed.

That won’t save most of the vape shops or the vapers who end up dead from shady mixers trying to cash in on the black market which will only give justification for continuing the ban no matter who replaces him.

I live in MA (curses!) and we now have a 4 month ban on EVERYTHING. I just received an email from Vista Vapors saying that they can no longer sell to MA residents.

How much longer before I get more of these? I can’t express how infuriated I am. I want to go totally postal on the governor’s and AG’s office. In reality, I am planning on a letter to the both of them pointing out their mistakes and submitting information on the illicit tainted carts business. That’s where they should be putting their focus if they really want to put a halt on their concerns about lung disease. My blood pressure is boiling along with other life stuff I need to address. A Pain in my ass, these people…all of them.
ETA: And I’m certainly not going to give them any fuel for the fire, ie., DIY or otherwise.

You don’t know how much that means to me. I’m so stressed right now, along with other stress related things going on, I can’t even think straight. Nic was something I was planning on getting soon but not sure how that will pan out.
Funny, there are 2 commercial juices I still buy and one order is on the way. I can’t imagine my state being so organized that they would be scanning every USPS package for vape products. If that actually starts happening I’ll consider another country, ffs.
