Overall, she is very lucky to receive Oxy at all (given her “history”, if known by the white-coats). The pain of most hip surgeries is very intense - requiring that or stronger analgesics. Docs are not likely to prescribe at those doses for more than a month or so. Probably better to deal with some withdrawal symptoms, irritability, and some depression when tapering dosage back down than to suffer extreme pain early on after such procedures. Oral pharmaceutical Opioid meds are vastly physiologically safer/healthier than is Ethanol.

I presume that she is well aware that (even) so-called “Heroin” is now almost universally illicit Fentanyl(s).

If I’m reading this right looks like Utah is doing it the right way.

Probably the first vape news coming from US involving the government that actually make some sense. Not the best news, but better than most. I hope this would gather some traction there.

First one to address the problem instead of the messenger. Bravo!

I was reading today about Utah and it may not be as good as it looks apparently most of the existing vape shops are classed as ‘general tobacco retailers’ where they need to be classed as ‘retail tobacco specialty businesses’ to get classed as ‘retail tobacco specialty businesses’ you need a special license what remains to be seen is if the government will grant them that license.

If you want to start a thread on supporting a particular candidate in any election that doesn’t want to ban vaping I am all for it however If you want to argue politics that are not vape related then this is not really the thread for it.

The “Christian Right” made memes of lynching him and mocking his wife as a baboon. Don’t get on your high horse spreading political tribalism. Right and left are equally self serving, both sides would rather have us bicker over these stupid affiliations so we over look the fact that they’re both trying to control and exploit us.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled venting about the bans. :unamused:

First off, I’m not a part of the crowd who called for his lynching and called his wife names. I’m a veteran who’s disgusted with how both parties and the MSM have treated him. No other president has had to deal with this level of hatred from all directions. I agree both sides are at fault for the division in this country, but I know for a fact why they treat him this way. He is not one of them. Nothing the corrupt politicians and MSM tell me about him is going to change my mind. They aren’t trustworthy. So apologies for derailing this thread.
