Wait, whachu call me?!
For the doors.
And the trunk on cars, IIRC
The new car key…
Lol, my fob is a flop, it doesn’t do anything even with a new battery in it. The only thing working is the actual key sticking out of it So my fob is just a fancy fobby handle.
My fob is Bluetooth. Without it my truck won’t start. So it’s a key of a sort. It allows me to start the engine when I step on the break peddle and push the start button on the dash. It also allows me to connect to truck settings and Android auto radio settings and parking break.
Wow, I never progressed that far. I sold my car years ago and drive a company vehicle. When I fully retire I’ll probably buy a bicycle
So if I’m right new tech is more steps to get you where you was when you just stuck the key in and twisted
Pretty much it. It’s a little more refined for what you do with the truck and time of year. I live in a four season environment. Have snow almost four months a year. Four wheel drive comes in handy during the winter months here. Have 3 separate options of 4 wheel drive from limited slip (much like cars) to full on locking in both front and rear axels. Everything is completely computer controlled nowadays. During the summer I tow a trailer.
Spare?? Do they even give you a spare anymore… my caddy only came with a can of fix-a-flat
Full size spare! Hangs between the rear axel and the tailgate. My problem is crawling under the truck. Will I be able to get out from underneath
I own a 2004 Toy MR2 Spider, it comes with a full size spare and a can of fix a flat,
Curious where they would fit a full size spare ??
Under the hood, I mean the trunk… Damn rear engine! By the ways, in the front compartment
