I know. The GC thing was a self-inflicted wound. That was a no-brainer, easy to get right…yet they managed to shoot themselves in the foot and snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Yeah IDGI, could have been an easy fix, my only thought is they are in financial trouble… Other vendors I have talked to were surprised and always considered them reputable. Obviously with the tax coming later this year in the UK and the uncertainty with so many companies, I would stick to those that support DIY and create a sister site for “Flavourings” only, (instead of NIc + eliquid + flavor), pretty much what has already happened here in the states…

Yeah, I feel for our “cousins” in Great Britain. Excessively tax the everyday working middle class folks into oblivion. Put the squeeze on small businesses until they give up. We can relate. Look at NYC. 
We’re more fortunate in Florida with Guv Ron who has had the backs of vapers & the vaping business down here from day one. He’s stood against the libs and passed every single law that was advantageous to the vaping community.

We’ve come full circle. The current ordering instructions are back to the OP, Jan 2025, instructions -
Part 1
- Add products to your basket as normal
- Once the checkout page has been reached, choose the option to pickup in store
- There will be an error stating you can’t pickup. Please click on change my location and type in our address - 2 Riada Avenue, Ballymoney and click on the autofill address
- Choose bank deposit as the payment method
- Type in your actual billing address as we will use this address for shipping. If you have a different shipping address, please leave a note on the order when checking out.
- Click on review order and then complete order.
Part 2
- Once we receive your order, we will edit the cost to reflect no tax and add the shipping cost.
- We will then send you the invoice to pay by email
- Once you have received the invoice, click on the pay now link to return to the checkout page
- Enter our address in the delivery section - 2 Riada Avenue, Ballymoney and use this phone number - 07595380017
- Choose Opayo by Elavon as the payment option
- Make sure the billing address is your actual billing address
- Click review order and then pay now
- You will now be able to pay by card
- We will process the order and ship to your billing address (or other shipping address if a note is left)

It worked for me. I ordered on 6/1 and it was delivered on 6/6. Shipping from them has always been crazy fast.
Sounded like they had some issues there for a bit, and @Rocky02852 caught the shit end of it. But as of a week ago things seem ok.

Worked great for me once I went through the confusing mini maze. The 2nd time worked like a charm. The instructions above made it pretty easy.

My past three orders, I ran it exactly as stated, with no issues. I know for a fact, that they personally did NOT want to torture any US customers with a convoluted process, but it had to do with their payment capture provider. Go figure.

i don’t know what’s happening and if the lovely folks at @nomnomz are having some kind of over-loaded situation - i placed an order last week (using the workaround here) - sent couple of follow-up emails to info@ email… and no response.
i got the standard "order confirmation " and “pending payment” which i will not transfer per the guide here - i’m expecting they contact me with the updated amount and for shipping ??
i have no one else to order from … and totally not in the mood for shopping around for a new supplier. Nom Nomz has been my supplier for many years. 
any one else facing similar issues? any advise ?

I had same problem. Ordered today and phoned them and apparently they were closed all last week. Reopened today. They sent my order off same day as ordering. They have a slight backlog of orders but I imagine they will do yours tomorrow.

I only had a relatively small problem when I first began ordering from them. I’m in the US. I just gave them a call, they picked right up and it’s been smooth sailing for a couple years now.
