Yeah, shipping has always been free for £30 and over orders. Interesting that this changes depending on which device I use, always used to get it ordering from my phone, did get it ordering from my tablet. Then it wasn’t available on my tablet…£10 loyalty discount was recognised, then it wasn’t, eventually it was. Feels hassly when before I always found them great. But yeah I’ve stocked up while I can, especially with possible legislation changes in the UK later in the year.

Yes, the UK are introducing large tax on nicotine. A 10mil compliment e liquid will more than double in price. And it increases the more nicotine there is in the product. Problem is the largest e liquid companys have invested large sums in to manufacturing new 10mil tax compliment e liquids and most of them want shortfalls and long fills banned. This is likely to happen because the better smaller businesses can not afford to invest large sums. We will end up with 5 major companies running the whole e liquid market selling only very expensive 10 mils e liquids.
Unfortunately greed and profit is there priority.
It makes me sad.

Me too! That’s I’ve really interesting and frustrating and annoying that a cartel manipulate and control the market.
I’ve enough nicotine in the freezer for 15years, probably see me out! I’ve always been a hoarder. VG and PG I’m not sure about, I’ve got 2 years worth but the shelf life makes getting more pointless. Unless I buy a dedicated freezer, don’t know where that will go…Well-being peeps sell VG for body care products, will these be affected…PG, again I don’t know if this will be affected.

Shouldn’t be affected. The tax (stamp duty) is on nicotine. But even one shots have to have a new tax complaint “contains nicotine” label so they will be more expensive. Some mixers in the UK like ourselves who make one shots to be sold by businesses may no longer be able to afford the new taxes… I’m in process of stocking up on nicotine because it’s ok in the freezer.

Thanks Dj35, wasn’t sure if I was being catastrophic. I’ve always bought VG and PG in bulk, so much cheaper. If this won’t be affected that’s a weight off. I smoked roll ups for 40years and tried so many times to give up, the only thing that has worked is really nice diy vaping. Really don’t want this compromised. Thanks again and take care x

Forget the free shipping thats a business choice and with small margin items i get it that they dont want to do free shipping . The Gift Certificate expiring and them not making it right is what pisses me off.

@Wings4Life @muth Everything’s good here at least. My emailed invoice arrived at 7:30am ET, I paid it and the order’s on the way. It sounds in here like they are closing down or something?? If true then I guess I need to get back in there and “load up” on more.

Now that’s weird. I’m sorry to hear that. If it were me, I’d call them. The contact phone number is on their website. I remember having to call them once a year ago. They picked up quick, no waiting to leave a message.

The Gift Certificate thing is really bad PR especially when generally this group has been so supportive of the company. I can see why you’re so pi**ed about it. With the postage thing many companies give advance notice of these kind of changes to keep the customer onside, besides which I often spend £70/80 so yes I do expect free delivery. Every other company I use offers this. Anyway, I truly hope their issues resolve, really did like the company.

I know. The GC thing was a self-inflicted wound. That was a no-brainer, easy to get right…yet they managed to shoot themselves in the foot and snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Yeah IDGI, could have been an easy fix, my only thought is they are in financial trouble… Other vendors I have talked to were surprised and always considered them reputable. Obviously with the tax coming later this year in the UK and the uncertainty with so many companies, I would stick to those that support DIY and create a sister site for “Flavourings” only, (instead of NIc + eliquid + flavor), pretty much what has already happened here in the states…

Yeah, I feel for our “cousins” in Great Britain. Excessively tax the everyday working middle class folks into oblivion. Put the squeeze on small businesses until they give up. We can relate. Look at NYC. 
We’re more fortunate in Florida with Guv Ron who has had the backs of vapers & the vaping business down here from day one. He’s stood against the libs and passed every single law that was advantageous to the vaping community.

- Add products to your basket as normal
- Once the checkout page has been reached, choose the option to pickup in store
- There will be an error stating you can’t pickup. Please click on change my location and type in our address - 2 Riada Avenue, Ballymoney and click on the autofill address
- Choose bank deposit as the payment method
- Type in your actual billing address as we will use this address for shipping. If you have a different shipping address, please leave a note on the order when checking out.
- Click on review order and then complete order.
Part 2
- Once we receive your order, we will edit the cost to reflect no tax and add the shipping cost.
- We will then send you the invoice to pay by email
- Once you have received the invoice, click on the pay now link to return to the checkout page
- Enter our address in the delivery section - 2 Riada Avenue, Ballymoney and use this phone number - 07595380017
- Choose Opayo by Elavon as the payment option
- Make sure the billing address is your actual billing address
- Click review order and then pay now
- You will now be able to pay by card
- We will process the order and ship to your billing address (or other shipping address if a note is left)

It worked for me. I ordered on 6/1 and it was delivered on 6/6. Shipping from them has always been crazy fast.
Sounded like they had some issues there for a bit, and @Rocky02852 caught the shit end of it. But as of a week ago things seem ok.
