(updated) Which Youtubers do you watch currently?

Jai haze is entertaining but he admits himself he is not a reviewer but rather an entertainer. I think her name is Brie who works for him? She has such a bubbly personality, always enjoy her when she is on screen with him.

Rip is helpful when you get a new mod with a confusing menu, he goes through it and quickly but aside from that he is too crazy for my liking.

Djlsb is one of the best technical reviewers and one of the few who actually reviews TC.

Vaping insider with Deuces Jack is one of my favorites and he tells it like it is. I love his best of lists, usually run into products I have never even heard of. I have been friends with him for probably 5 or 6 years though so I am biased.

I cannot stand Ambitious vaper. I use to watch him from time to time but saw way too many mistakes. He is just not competent but pretends he is. Saw him testing TC with a mod doing a cotton burn test. The guy showed he has preheat turned up to max for the longest duration. In the manual it clearly states that TC only works after the preheat phase so if you set preheat to 3 seconds it won’t kick in until after that. He is sitting like he is Djlsb or Phil B pretending to be smart when he is anything but.

I do enjoy Vaping Bogan, hell of a nice guy when I met him at a vape convention.

For DIY my go to is Ohm Grown Alchemy with @woftam @TamVapes @zippy Sherlock Ohms and oh yeah, the princess @Steampugs now. So much info and I tend to have the same taste as many if them so that makes the flavor notes more valuable to me. @Woftam is my flavor jedi master, I have stole…errrrr, I mean learned so much from him.

Noted is entertaining and informative, ID10T has some hilarious descriptions of flavors he finds foul.

All in all I commend all of these people for the work they do to inform us all, it is not easy.

I forgot to add Gary’s show to my list of favourites most probably because I forgot what it’s actually called (TNOTPR) but I regularly check his DIY recipe reviews because we have very similar tastes and he’s such a nice chap.

Started watch vape video’s with Indoor Smokers (that dude always so entousiastic that he kind of told me ‘start vapin’, he still is  ) Leaned over to Zophie Vapes.

When i gotten more into gear land, both kind of dissapeared due to the specific search and ended up with Mr Rip Trippers & Vaping insiders.

Nowerdays i always check Haze with Brie, the Bogan, Vaping with Vic (love that accent  ) & Mike ‘hit that shit’ Vapes.

Stopped watching Insiders, Trippers.

From time to time, for a good technical review i do not forget DJLSB, but not the top on my list.

New Amsterdam Vapes and all of you guys here on forum gotten me into the mixing story

I liked the early RIP Tripper with his tutorials but then he became way too OTT for me and so fast that he makes my head spin.
I started off with New Amsterdam Vapes and they were good but I don’t see them on YouTube anymore.

Did anyone watch that ejuice recipe show with that chap called John that spoke with a foreign accent? You would see him at his desk with gloves on mixing different recipes and talking about the flavours but you never saw his face lol.

RIP taught me how to rebuild those Aspire BVC coils. Every coil after that has been a breeze. :+1: I stopped watching after the OTT change. I enjoyed his laid back Friday fishing where he’d just stop at some random roadside with a pond and catch fish.

NAV had the best voice and video production.

I don’t have an hour for anyone. 15 minutes tops.

It’s true, RIP is indeed cool but he’s reviews of later products was like, he cut he’s ‘taking breath to speak’ out of the video’s resulting indeed in information that kinda gets blown to you, i do understand what you mean.
Forgive me but i do not know what you guys mean with ‘OTT’ :upside_down_face:

OTT= over the top as in too much

Yes and I still see his videos pop up even now. If I google a particular flavour from a particular manufacturer and I notice he’s done a video I always watch it.

Please forgive my ignorance but who is NAV mate?

None: they’re all amateur shmucks.

Most are doing it to help the Community …In all actuality they are all very nice people who go out of their way to help …None of them are trying to be " professional " …smh

Well not none of them , there are a couple who have grown YT into a business that can support themselves…

If you haven’t seen Ripp Trippers Triceratops coils it will change your life  SICK AS TITS

Love 'em or hate 'em those schmucks are the ones that opened my eyes to the amazing world of vaping and DIY. If it wasn’t for them I would still probably be dual using and chugging on cigalikes. The industry we enjoy today would be nothing without the colorful characters that brought the world of vaping to our desktops and phones!

I gotta disagree on that.

The industry we enjoy would be nothing without us - the consumers who purchase the products - I’m quite certain only a relative minority of vapers even know of the existence of YouTube vaping “personalities” and many who do sample some of these channels never come back because it’s simply too cringeworthy - being an active participant and watching, makes most people feel as idiotic as the amateur shmucks themselves.

Take away those YouTube shmucks and there’s still the sane number of vapers all buying shit day after day.

YouTube shmucks are irrelevant to the industry.

Matter of fact, whether you personally like a specific channel or not most YouTube amateur shmucks probably do more damage to the industry than good - simply by how poorly they come across: by selling out and acting as billboards for brands that give 'em free stuff but above all that, just by how terrible their videos are - these are meant to be the communities public faces, yet they almost all act like cheesy car salesmen or drug-fucked morons

Strongly disagree with anyone who over values any shmuck with a video camera.
