What do you REALLY like?

He called me last week. Spoke in a Spanish accent and told me I had won 12 chihuahua puppies and asked when could I pick them up.

That’s what I like, a call from Ozo. He is legend.

You know… I don’t. I could go to a different club every time I go out (and I do) and it would take me forever and a day to circle back around again. I have regrettably not been to First Ave in Minneapolis yet, but that’s a local landmark and very high on my list of places to visit soon. So…if you ever happen to be in Minnesota, hit me up, we’ll head over to First Ave.

Hold’em? Casino? Home games?

I used to make electronic music too, more like music for cinema (for my video arts), not only dance. Sometimes I play quitar. I also used to have a Lab to make art and my e-rhythms. :slightly_smiling_face:

I’ve found a really nice home game recently. $1/2 NL. The host is nice and the food is always good. I took home a nice chunk last week and I think I played 5-6 hands over 5 hours.

You would think as tight I was playing as soon as I raised I would get respect. I raised $50 about 55 minutes into sitting down and got 4 callers. Hit trips in the flip and went all in, got 2 callers. Hit the boat on the turn. Quite lovely.

My music set-up is more of hardware, i hardly use soft synths.
These days everyone uses them but call me old scool, but i like to play a real keyboard instead of moving blocks on a monitor
Using a mac book pro to sync all the instruments trough midi ports and an external sound card.

I like hardware. I also have physical keyboard (midi controler). But you know, if hardware is digital and not analog is almost identical with the sound of a good softsynth. Even the analog sound is prety close now days. :slightly_smiling_face:

(Tardy on my replies. Not enough hours in a day.) They never pay attention. I was playing a weekly stud trny down the street from me but that has faded away. I just don’t like the wait times at the few card rooms near me, or having to get up at 5 a.m, to get there to register for a trny. Most of the players I see don’t have any patience.

I really like when I lay out a perfect cast to a feeding Brown Trout, and he sucks in the Dry Fly I tied and is off to the races. Land him, then let him go to make another Fly Fisherman happy some other day.
