Thank God for the off duty Spec Ops …
How do you cook your naan?
Cast Iron pan, then we tried the oven… Pan is the way to go, you really want the colour on the bread, oven acted differently and they were pretty large thickness wise after, moreso than just cooking one side at a time. Might be a dough thing because they were two separate batches… made 9 of each
They also made great individual pizzas, god I’m fat
That’s exactly how i do it lol i even preheat my cast iron in a 400 degree oven before throwing it on the stovetop, really gives the same texture as a tandoor oven
How did you store them? I used ziplock bags but the moisture in them made half the batch mold up in 3-4 days
probably too thick honestly
I never have any to store lol fat here too, i even brush them with butter after they come off the skillet lol
By wife and I had our 3 year anniversary today, i made vanilla cardamom panna cotta with a wild raspberry sauce and vanilla whipped cream, my plating is never the best but I’m gonna pick more berries tomorrow to make more lol damn good
Take me in under your wing, chef
Supper, No plating needed because it’s going to look the same as the bag of doritos I had earlier by morning
ground burger with onions, garlic and egg in mixture, the fried, the pan padded dry from too much grease, fry bread in remainder grease on one side and then fry egg sunny side up
Happy Anniversary to you both
Waiting on pins and needles for Frontier gig service to be hooked up tomorrow. If everything works as well as I hope, I’ll FINALLY be able to tell Spectrum to take a flying f*** into a rolling donut.
I thought so too, there is another doing the same… Decided to keep a jar that had curry paste, washed it out and put some diluted nutrients into the jar enough to cover the roots and bam… Pretty amazing, my seedlings are starting good but waiting on stuff for my hydro setup, they are sprouting in the rockwool though.
