My little 20lb mutt gets that every night. Goes outside and comes barreling in making enough noise for a dog twice her size. Jumps on the bed, the couch - anything she can jump on/over, knocks over shit then does it again. Drives me crazy!

I was thinking i may have some sort of vagus nerve problem. It can cause a axiety like feeling and when this all started i felt really sick and had this extreme aniety feeling and im not a person that gets anxiety.
When these issues started i was also really overweight and had super high blood pressure. I was 215lbs . Now 1 year later im at 114lbs but bp is normal again
I see people talking about the vagus nerve all over the place. My friend’s father use to talk about it and use a pressure point near the groin area. I guess it wouldn’t hurt to search it up and learn something. I’d just be careful about the idiot YouTube influencers. Search wisely.

My staircase. It’s not what I had planned…
As I said before, the wood underneath was utterly boring and had no character whatsoever.
Leaving it blotchy and then give it a coating made it look decrepit.
It looked decrepit from the start, I might as well leave it as it was and save myself the trouble.
So I decided on paint. I just didn’t know what colour.
I was at my daughters house for her birthday, and she had painted her kitchen door.
The colour really stood out. I’m not usually a fan of yellow, but I liked this one.
It’s gold to be exact.
I’m not finished yet. I can only do a little bit at the time, and only the bits that do not require me to stand on a ladder.
Too wobbly for that.
The bottom of the steps and all the edges and little details still have to be done.
After that I can paint the wall behind the stairs.
