What Ya Vaping/Mixing Today? (Part V) 2021 - 2022

Outstanding @Dan_the_Man, same here. I’ve never had great luck with Whipped Creams thickening mouthfeel, BUT, I’ve not been a huge user OF them, except for TPA’s Whipped Cream, due to it’s Triacetin. It’s supposed to be creamy/oily, but I love it for it’s blending capabilities…

I have never used it. Would you mind explaining a little about its blending capabilities?

I will let you know how it turns out my friend.

I was lucky enough to be given a 30ml bottle of TPA Gamma Octalactone which helps enhance creams by making them more creamy and for extra fatty mouthfeel but if you use too much you will be able to taste coconut from it. In the U.K. this additive is not available from TPA but I think it is in the U.S.

@Dan_the_Man it’s the active ingredient in TPA Smooth, and Vape Wizard. It helps to round sharp edges, and can “blend” flavors together, so they present as a SUM of the flavors, rather than individual notes. If used too high however, it can mute things.

That reminded me to remove Lychee (TPA) from my palate and reorder Flavorah’s: The chemical sweetener in it is just too distracting.

I just felt like going coconuts today. I wanted something creamy with a definite coconut presence. No coconut haters.

@muth, how are the VSO and Delosi Coconuts working out for you ?

Fabulous, just fabulous! TY for introducing me to the Delosi. I appreciate how these two flavors keep a constant presence throughout the vape. I used the FA to prolong the experience because, for me, FA is more noticeable on the exhale and lingers in the mouth even after that. Delosi and VSO are both well rounded and Sweet Coconut (FLV) really hits the high notes for me. I’m going into detail more for the sake of others because I think you already know this.

Anyhow, I just got curious about mashing a bunch of coconuts together…especially after seeing “The 18” cream mash up :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: :fist_right: :fist_left: :+1:

I see you picked up that FW Cherry Crush ! What do you think of it?

Thx for asking. I haven’t tried it yet, it’s in the que. But you just kicked my butt so I’ll get on it

I only asked because I noticed it was in that Roy Rogers recipe you posted above

Yes, I’ve got that and some others lined up for the steep. If you’re thinking of using it it gets good reviews. Though it’s a first time for me I have confidence in its application for this one.

Oh, I have it and have used it. I recommend it to anyone looking for a maraschino type cherry flavor.

That looks like a terrific combo! Gotta get that mimosa on my next order

It’s that time of the month: one month steeped custards week. So vaping WIPs and blending names.

Getting there on an autumn des(s)ert:

Oh Lord that song takes me back to my Grandparents party’s along with Max Bygraves and Mrs Mills on her piano.
I also like getting my custards and coffee recipes mixed now ready for the autumn and winter time. I made one last year especially for Christmas and it was superb.

I look forward to seeing what you come up with. I’m getting heavily into autumn and winter stuff at the end of this month so I have many upgraded recipes for the colder months. And, gives me an excuse to treat myself to a few extra mods.
