I have some Delrin and a lathe and I’m not afraid to use them. LOL
510 standard fit on the Crius. Shouldn’t need the lathe.
Oh, you mean BUY a drip tip? LOL NEVER!
Pssh, I meant steal one from a tank you’re not using anymore.
Um… I use them all?
The Velocity has an O-Ring around it that provides a nice friction brake for the airflow adjustment. Does yours have the O-Ring on it?
Actually I have been meaning to get out to the garage and turn a dozen or so Delrin drip tips. Time… It’s the holiday and I don’t go back to work till Monday. So maybe…
Brad, check this page out…

COOL! That color with a green tank on the Goblin!
Dammit, it’s out of stock.
Really like this one. Cool link. http://www.exoticblanks.com/Bronze-Blue-and-Violet-Swirl-AA-07.html
That’s what the guy uses to make the Goblin tips. And I am a CNC GOD!
Oh, that blue swirl is amazing! I can’t wait til we get slow at work.
I guess he bought it all out. I just ordered a couple of pieces of the bronze and blue and the lime mesh.
Much more fun than white delrin.
I have a 50 year old Craftsmen benchtop lathe in my garage.
Use black Delrin if you have any. Make it the core for the heat resistance.
I see a black Goblin Mini in my future…
I’d settle for an old Bridgeport Knee mill for my garage and a bigger lathe to chase threads on gun barrels with.
I worked in an old school machine shop for 15 years. No CNC. We though we where uptown when we got digital indicators for our knee mills.
Yeah, I wish I had a Bridgeport in my dining room. No wife. No worries!
Ok, we completely ruined this thread! LOL
