On a mod hunt quest

Never a problem @TimWV. I post a lot of big posts, so I’ve gotten good at TRYING to make them readable.

Here’s how I split, and spaced them out so they preloaded …

lol me too! they only have the silver one in the Vapefly Kriemhild which is my front runner, I also like the Dovpo Odin, but they are all good Mods I think and I may eventually end up with one or all

I kind of like the first two. Good looks, reasonable pricing. The Odin is great, but bigger. The wotofo is good, but do you squonk ? I was never really bitten by the dotmod’s and they are often priced higher than the average.

I just recently started with a LOST VAPE Centaurus Quest 100W Squonk and have been enjoying it quite a bit with Smokey Blue’s Winston cigarette mix! I too have never owned any dotmod’s so I don’t know much about them. Have you any experience with the Vandy Vape Pulse V2 95w Squonk?

I’m sorry @TimWV, the only VV Pulse I tested was the AIO.

It’s a nice squonker. Don’t drop it. It’s plastic. I’ve got 4 of them. Bottles are cheap and don’t leak if you don’t over fill. Lite to carry around.

Great tip @rcleven.

Thank you @rcleven , I was just considering getting that and the odin, it’s so hard to chose! I’m pulling my hair out and may be insane within the hour!

Dovepo makes some nice mods too. It going to be heavier to carry around. Probably more durable. Think how it fits what you’re life. Do want it to be a table mod? Do you need it to be portable? Can you find replacement parts easily. Squonk or regular mod. Software is it easy to navigate? Both mods are good choices but you have to figure out what fits you.

Thanks @rcleven, I am getting it for a table mod and have pretty much decided to order the Dovpo Odin 200W, I’ll also probably order another Voltrove to top it.

I am officially sick! I set out to get a mod, ordered a mod, another Voltrove, spare glass, SS wire, 2 sets of premade coils, nicotine, and some PG!
I may need an intervention or an exorcist, maybe even electroshock therapy! :grimacing: :exploding_head:

The only mod in this list I don’t have or have tried is the Profile squonk mod.

Of those left the Odin and the Riva are my 2 favorite. I would skip the dotbox, just ok and definitely not worth the price listed. I have only tried a friends kriemhild, it is nice but I didn’t come away wanting one but he likes it, I think he uses the Riva more.

The Odin and Riva I have the DNA versions but aside from that I hear they work the same. The Riva is one of the most comfortable mods to hold and use, I love mine. I love the Odin as well but being dual 21700 it is definitely a heftier mod to carry around. I have used the Riva more, mainly due to it’s compact nature and how comfy it is to carry around.

Thank you for your advice, as I stated, I just ordered the Odin and I’m thinking the Riva will be on one of my next purchases. I am not familiar at all with DNA mods so I’ve shied away from getting one.

I can concur with @Rocky02852 on the Gaur 21: I have a few of them as my EDCs and all have kept going after being put through a hell of a lot.

They are solid, reliable, and the most ergonomic mod for my ogre hands.

I’ll vote for that @TimWV.

Don’t worry. The shock comes when the credit card bill is due.

I would tell you the profile squonk/200w mod is a good mod. Its not the best but its good. One fault of it is the battery block does start to crack from the pressure of the batteries to wear the batteries dont connect. Other issue is if you tend to drop a mod now and then its not any good. Once my partner dropped it a few times the mod stopped reading ohms correctly and it kept jumping the ohms all over the place. Took a lot to bin it but i did if you want a squonk get a dovpo topside dual best fing mod i ever had. I have dropped it down the stairs a few times on the concrete and it just doesnt die
